The Deacon

The Deacon is a blended Scotch whisky crafted from a selection of peated single malts from Islay and lightly smoky single malts from Speyside. Its name, traditionally used in Scotland, refers to an expert in their craft. The bottle design pays homage to the traditional copper stills used in the distillation process. This peated blend has been part of Pernod Ricard’s super-premium whisky portfolio since 2023.
