Artisanal single malt Scotch whisky from the Orkney Islands;
Scapa is an artisanal single malt whisky made in Scotland’s rugged Orkney Islands. Crafted by traditional methods in one of the last remaining manually operated distilleries, the tiny operation mashes its malt with rain-fed water from the Orquil Springs. No peat is used to dry the malt, allowing the unique honeyed flavour to come through. Scapa has been part of Pernod Ricard since 2005.
